WHEN SHOULD YOU CHECK OR REPLACE AN AC MOTOR RUN CAPACITOR?

AC FAILS TO RUN PROPERLY - The system may run inconsistently or fail to maintain stable cooling.

UNUSUAL NOISE - Humming or buzzing sounds may occur during operation.

COOLING ISSUES - Intermittent cooling, weak airflow, or complete loss of cooling may occur.

VISIBLE DAMAGE - Bulging, oil leakage, or cracks on the capacitor housing.

AGING UNIT - Motor run capacitors wear over time and may require inspection or replacement.

Basic Replacement Guidance (For Reference Only)

1. Turn off power to the air conditioner before performing any inspection or replacement.
2. Take a clear photo of the original capacitor wiring to record terminal connections before removal.
3. Confirm the correct capacitance (µF/MFD) and voltage rating match the original capacitor specifications.
4. Reconnect wires one-by-one to the new GuuYebe dual run capacitor according to the photo, ensuring each wire is connected to the correct terminal (HERM / FAN / C).
5. Secure the capacitor firmly before restoring power
